I teamed up with Reflect to enhance their brand launch efforts. In close collaboration with the Chief Marketing Officer, I fine-tuned the brand strategy and infused the Reflect story with purposeful copy across the website, app, packaging, and other touchpoints.

Reflect is a wellness experience that uses biofeedback to help guide you towards daily relaxation. They offer a new way to reduce stress and find calm in your day, using a combination of technology, science and design.

When I came on board, the Reflect team was busy setting up the necessary groundwork for launching their product in the U.S. market. The primary goal was to carve out a distinct brand personality and voice that would distinguish Reflect from its competitors. Their vision was there; they just needed me to articulate it.

I positioned the Reflect Orb as a companion for customers, guiding them through their daily stressors. For the brand voice, I crafted a relatable, human, and supportive tone. This laid a strong foundation for the team to build a truly exceptional product experience

Website

Our goal with the site was to make visitors feel comfortable and engaged. We fine-tuned visual design and site maps, ensuring key values and benefits were strategically placed throughout the user journey. Reflect is ultimately about relaxation, so the copy reflects that sense of ease.

App

For the app, I focused on creating a seamless personal journey. My insights shaped screen design and the overall information structure. To infuse personality, I added custom insights, journal prompts, and delightful daily reminders.

Packaging

The packaging allowed for a playful, engaging tonality.My objective was to humanize the product, transforming the Reflect Orb into a personal companion on the path to holistic wellbeing.
